Each applicant must submit the following documentation (as applicable) to KAEC by September 19, 2008:

3.	evidence of current affiliation or employment (as applicable)

4.	two letters of recommendation from persons qualified to comment on the applicant's qualifications to carry out the proposed research or lecturing Each letter of recommendation must be mailed directly to KAEC by the person writing it OR, if delivered to KAEC by the applicant, must be sealed and signed across the envelope flap by the person writing the letter.

6.	Applicants in the fields of Arts and Design should submit four identical copies of their portfolio.
